From the point of view of the Financial Administration, the month of March is important especially due to the filing of income tax returns and thus the collection of taxes for the previous year. March 2021 was comparable to the performance of previous years, with the exception of 2019, in which the increased number of calls was experienced. This was due to legislative changes - electronic filing of documents by business entities (natural persons and legal persons) in accordance with exceptions to the law. Update: annually
