Description:
Updated list of deleted value added tax payers is published by the Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic on its website in accordance with § 52 para. 8 of Act no. 563/2009 Coll. on Tax Administration (Tax Code) . The list includes the name and surname of the natural person, his permanent residence or place of business, if different from permanent residence, or the business name or name of the legal person and its registered office, organization identification number, VAT identification number, date of publication in the list, which is generated automatically by the system on the day of publication, the calendar year in which the reasons for cancellation of registration occurred and the date of deletion of the VAT payer from the list kept pursuant to § 52 par. 6 of the cited law.
