Description:
In accordance with § 52 par. 1 letter a) of Act no. 563/2009 Coll. on Tax Administration (Tax Code), the Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic publishes on its website the list of tax debtors by the end of the calendar month following the calendar month for which the list is compiled according to the situation on the last day of the calendar month for which the total amount of tax arrears exceeded 170 eur.
