Description:
Pursuant to § 30c par. 8 of Act no. 595/2003 Coll. on Income Tax, the Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic publishes a list of taxpayers who have applied a deduction under paragraphs 1 and 2 within the implementation of the research and development project, within 3 calendar months following the expiry of the deadline for filing tax return in accordance to Section 52 of Act no. 563/2009 Coll. on tax administration (tax code).
